I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Barcelona Sant Joan Despi. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. They quickly checked me in and even called a taxi for me when I needed one. I forgot my plug adapter, but they were happy to supply me with one. The bar staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a tram station, making it easy to explore the area. There is also a nice grocery store nearby, perfect for picking up any essentials. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff at the reception and restaurant are friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a computer for kids to play on, a great facility for families.
The restaurant in the hotel has a smell of fried oil, which can be a bit unpleasant for some guests.

Great staff, helpful with public transport. Son's birthday surprise. Nice on-site restaurant & nearby bodega. Convenient location with ample parking. Good pool & trampoline for kids. Comfy beds, clean rooms, and great bathroom. Staff friendly & good with English. Good value for our trip.

Spent New Year's at this hotel and had a great time! The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and only a short ride away from the city center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
There were a couple of drawbacks. the rooms and hallways could use some updating as they felt a bit outdated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the bar who made great food for my kids. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and it was easy to take the metro to the city center. The breakfast selection was also great.
Can't fault anything about it.

Great proximity from the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Nice pool and garden area. Allowed early check-in with no extra cost. Clean rooms with thoughtful amenities. Welcoming gestures in the room. Convenient Xbox in reception.

This place is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat. The tram station is right next to the hotel, making it convenient to reach all the main attractions in Barcelona. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made my stay truly enjoyable.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
